Chlamydia

From 1st April 2017, you are asked to direct anyone who needs a chlamydia test to http://www.hopehouse.nhs.uk/ to order a kit online.

Patients under the age of 16 will not be able to order chlamydia tests online through the Hope House website as for legal reasons only patients over the age of 16 can order postal test kits.

Patients under the age of 16 should be referred to one of the following places to receive STI screening:

  • School nurse- if there is a clinic at their school
  • Their GP
  • Hope House, Milson Street or one of the specialist sexual health clinics (see Hope House website for clinic information)

We will be updating Pharmoutcomes with this information.

For details about supplying Azithromycin via PGD please see our page Sexual Health – Level 2 Service.
