Local PGD’s

Gloucestershire PGD Service –

From July 2026 Pharmacies who have signed and returned an ICB SLA will be accredited to provide the following local PGD services.

Each Pharmacist will be required to read, sign and print copies of the PGD’s and complete the enrollment section on PharmOutcomes, The PGD’s are for the following conditions  :

• Nystatin for oral thrush
• Chloramphenicol for bacterial conjunctivitis
• Otomize for otitis externa
• Hydrocortisone for minor skin conditions
