Community Pharmacy PCN Engagement Leads –

Our Community Pharmacy PCN Engagement Leads help bring local pharmacies and GP practices together so neighbourhood teams can work more smoothly and patients get quicker, easier access to care. They keep conversations flowing, connect the right people and help everyone pull in the same direction.

They support the rollout of services like Pharmacy First, blood pressure checks, contraception services and the Discharge Medicines Service, and they share great ideas and successes across Gloucestershire so every community benefits.

PCN Leads aren’t managers or decision‑makers for pharmacies. They’re friendly facilitators, problem‑solvers and champions for community pharmacy. Their goal is simple: stronger teamwork, better communication and better experiences for patients.
