Please find attached information regarding the annual Dementia event which will be held on Thursday 18 May (during Dementia Awareness Week) at Kingsholm Stadium, Gloucester.
There is a Dementia Summit from 1pm – 4pm aimed at professionals.
Also attached is a poster for display in the pharmacy about the public/carer/patient event in the morning from 10am – 12noon
