The Chlamydia Screening Programme are running several update sessions with regard to what’s new in Chlamydia Screening for 2014/15.
You and your team are invited to attend this event. It will be your chance to have your say and ask any questions that you have with regard to the Chlamydia Screening programme
Lunch will be provided as this event takes place over the lunchtime period.
Please confirmation attendance together with the names of the attendees and the venue that they wish to attend by Monday 6th October to sally.rankin@glos-care.nhs.uk in order to arrange the catering accordingly.
