Depression CPPE workshop

5th February 2015 7:30-9:00pm

Thistle Cheltenham Hotel, Gloucester Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 0TS

The World Health Organisation estimates that by 2020, depression will be the leading cause of disability worldwide. Patients suffering long term conditions are more likely to suffer a depressive illness. This is a subject that we should not avoid because there is much that pharmacy teams can do to help improve patient outcomes. This event supports us in understanding the symptoms and diagnosis of depression and the evidenced based recommendations for its management.

This event is suitable for the entire pharmacy team; pharmacists, pre-registration pharmacists and registered pharmacy technicians.
