Consultation skills for Pharmacy Practice

Dear Colleague,

I am sure you will agree that effective consultations lie at the heart of delivering patient-centred care.  

As Pharmacy professionals we have had little formal training in consulting with patients and yet our roles are becoming increasingly patient facing.

I am holding a workshop to support you in developing your patient-centred practice by introducing you to the practice standards and the new Consultation skills for Pharmacy Practice learning and development programme.

This interactive sessions will give you the opportunity to put your current skills under the microscope.
